Oil change (a piece of paper don't make some one a mechanic)

Don't ever think in take your car to walmart to do the oil change, i been having realy bad experience in there, first. 2 services ago they forget to put the oil cap on my car i notice a little noice and i just stop on the next gas station to check it, at lease it didn' fall from my car. 1 service ago they left the keys inside my car even when i toold them that my car loock itselfe after 30 seconds if have all the door closed, i was waiting for almos 2 hours till someone toold me wath was going on, my wife were with me at the time and she had a spare key to unloock the car and after that i have to waith another 1/2 hourt to get it done, but the last time that i was in there to do the oil change they brocked the bult from my oil pan and toold me that was my fould because i passt 500 miles to do the oil change, even theny drove my car till the front door and tell me to drive away because they was my fould that the boult broked in the store. After almos 1/2 hour i was able to speak with one of the store managers and finaly after they took some pictures they agree to make a claim in the insurance, that because they forget to put the tink to measure the oil back on place, and was on the picture. Now they have to pay me to remplace all the oil pan witch is going to be around $350.00. But from now on i rather make my selfe the oil change, i don't know how jet but i don't tink will be to complicate if not i'll ask my grandmother to help me she is 96 yers old but i bet that she will do a bether job than those "certified mechanich".
