Wants me to Pay more money to honor an extended warranty contract from 5 months ago

In March I bought A Long guarantee for my 2006 Co from the woman called May Aloe at William L Morris Chevrolet. I bought a deal that stretches my guarantee for one more 4 decades or 100,000 miles. They published up the agreement, I closed it and that I paid $2113 for this.

a couple of months later I acquired a notice stating they WOn't recognize the agreement simply because they charged me the incorrect amount of cash. Therefore the notice mentioned that I have to spend them an additional $410. I sensed this was a baitandswitch.

I WOn't spend additional, so that they decided (following a large amount of fighting) to pay for me my cash back. I've named numerous occasions since plus they provide me tales about how exactly the check was dropped within the email etc etc.

Below we're 5 weeks later, my manufacturer guarantee is approximately to end and that I don't have any guarantee with no sign in my hand. The dealer will not provide me a call-back. They ostensibly Took $2113 from me simply because they wont recognize the agreement despite the fact that they published it up and everybody closed it, plus they wont provide me my cash back.
