No access to cancel product and prevent unauthorized shipment of product I do not want

I requested the product on 1-15 and need to stop it to prevent further cargo and costs for the near future. I can't obtain access to them to do this, not by telephone - I've been cvalling and ready to no avail, and never on the detailed site that doesn't show up to process info.
