Deceptive, stress causing, two-faced, back-stabbing, discriminating, sexually harassing con artists

I am a former employee of Scott Evans' Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler. I just want to say that the work atmosphere was anything but professional. It was very male oriented, and any women hired were expected to do not only the majority of tasks necessary for the continued operation of the dealership, as well as most of the secretarial duties... But also were expected to take on the traditional stereo-types of the secretary role. What I mean by this, is that women were considered and treated like objects. They were meant to deal with sexual harassment, which crossed the line on an almost daily basis... As well as managers pushing themselves sexually on female sales reps.

The pay was unfair. They take minimum wage from minimum wage... Which is not only unethical, it's illegal. Sales persons were reported to have made more than they actually did... As some now know from recieving W-2's.

Verbal abuse between sales persons, managers, and Scott Evans himself was not discreet at all... And often occured on the show room floor. Once again, this is not only unethical, but illegal. I wonder what Oscha and the Better Business Bureau would have to say to this if anyone were to call them. It's a shame that once people leave that place, they want no further involvement with the so-called professionals that work there...

I love how those defending the hole-in-the-ground of a car lot seem to want to think that people who complain are bitter, confused, andor vindictive... But when you have enough corroborating stories, it becomes harder and harder to point the finger elsewhere. The truth of the matter is, Scott Evans dealership and associated persons are the root of every complaint... After all, every rumor begins with a truth.
