Scammers and Time Wasters. Don't buy from them

A price on a car was agreed over the phone.
Traveled to buy the car and pay in full. Secretary and Manager/Mechanic hid the dealer for unknown reasons and started to prepare the documents in their garage/office.
The dealership does not own any of the vehicles they sell. They don't know the specifications of the vehicles. They don't fax you descriptions upon several requests. Quick to brush you aside over the phone. Give you a mocking discount under the pretense that they don't have problems selling the cars to others.
They said if the title does not check out, they will refund you the money (maybe after you waste your nerves and sue them) manager does not care if you buy or not. Very rude and a time waster.

The car was worthy but they are as. Holes, and I would rather pay a bit more and buy elsewhere with documents that check out rather from these scammers.
