Ripoff sent unit back for repair and never got unit back 5 months ago

About a year ago i bought a cd/reciever car stereo from buyloud.com. About 5 months ago it quit working so i called buylud.com about it because i knew it was still under manufacturer's warranty. They told me it was still under warranty and they told me i had to send it back to them so they could send it back to the manufacturer for repair. They gave me a return authorization number ad told me where to send it. I sent it to them about 5 months ago and i have not heard from them since.
