Rip-off fraudulent San Fernando

On December 13,02 I ordered a cd player from buyloud.com. They sent me an e-mail that stated my order would be shipped within 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks I checked my order status everyday and it said my order is still being processed. I e-mailed the company telling them how long it has taken and what i ordered and I got no response back. It now has been 2 months and still no response. Now the website is down and I am being RIPPED OFF my $288.95. I dont know what to do about this. Please help!
