I want report insurance agency fraud, Sentinel insurance company, LTD one Hartford plaza, HARTFORD, CT
Three an half months ago I sign for auto insurance for term of 6 moths on line. They gave me a quote how much I have to pay for 6 moths. So I agreed for that amount,
However after three months they raised premium on that insurance policy $100.00 more, without any reason. So I called them to find out why they did that. They can't explain, they try to talk nonsense about coverage and limits of liability increase.
These companies are not regulated and they can do anything they want. I encourage anyone do not sign with this company. They rip you off.
