Harassing calls

The corporation is terrible i've a tough year and that i have become behind on my funds yes but i've called and told them and they made me put up postdated checks but to western union the payment then contact provide the mtcn # plus they would cancel the check and they didn't many times creating bank fees and anything else but my problem with the corporation is that they call family and friends and harass them they call your work and provide out your private information. I'm in the healthcare field and we've something named hippa, after i completed my software they asked for credit recommendations relatives and buddies they don't let you know that should you are five minutes late on the cost that they're going to call these individuals and harass the mess from them although i place relatives and buddies titles andnumbers that doesn't mean they can call and provide them our information. I really believe that is some type of a hippa breach simply because whenever a patient is available in and they've family together and they've put someone down for emergency contact we still need to ask the individual do they care when the doctor may communicate with your family after surgery and tell them what's planning. They've called my job and everyone replies the telephone below and also the cps worker informed my colleague i've not made a pymt in 5 weeks (not the case) and they were visiting get my automobile you can think everyone i use and anyone who walked by this person knows what's happening in my own personal living i've been humilated and anything else in my opinion if your lawyer or somebody acquainted with regulations says this could develop a class action lawsuit and take these people down
