Our child was in from outoftown and required support on her behalf Audi A4. She's a traveling nurse and posesses weapon for safety. She intentionally secured her weapon within the glovebox of her vehicle, but upon departing the dealer, she observed the glovebox revealed and her weapon lacking. Upon calling the seller, the support supervisor, Janet, was impolite, unprofessional, and excessively defensive. She wound-up stating we couldn't show something, consequently these were not responsible.
