Had 1999.00 service contract added to a 4000.00 purchase... Still waiting guys!

I purchased a 2000 Durango that was listed as "Managers special". Boy, I guess! The windshield looked scored when I looked at it. They told me it was just mud and would wash right off. I picked it up and went straight to a car wash, sure enough it did not come off. It was scored. Kevin, the salesman, told me to try buffing it out, which the auto glass guy laughed at me for even trying! They agreed to replace it with another, but not until they had the vehicle for over 2 weeks.

I was nervous they were trying to waste the 30 day warrantee I was entitled to. You never could see the owner as he was always out of town, sick in the hospital, or out of town on business. I've seen crack dealers better organized!

Once I got the payment book from the bank, I found that they added a service agreement for 50% of what I paid for the car! They gave me the run around about getting the policy cancelled and a refund. That was July of last year and, you guessed it, I'm still waiting for my f-ing money! The oil pan is rotting out, the transmission pan is rotting out. They should have given me vaseline when I walked in the door to be able to handle the "Managers Special"!

Mike in finance is real clever with the white out and xerrox cut and paste. Half the document is typed, and half is hand written. You can even see the lines where the edge of the papers overlapped! Do not buy here unless you want to have many headaches and everyone operates with a cell phone, and they often sound like inmates you are calling in prison. Maybe they are practicing! I want my money guys or next stop, the Attorney General, DMV, and anyopne else that allows you to still operate!
