Mariner Financial In Hagerstown On Dual Hwy
Still have not received title nor extra set of keys since I paid off my car loan 4 mos ago

I paid off my car loan in September and I have called so many times to the main office on Dual Hwy only to be told that my title and spare key to my vehicle that I have been asking for since I paid off my loan was mailed out. I waited and still nothing so I contacted them again and all I got was how Mariner Financial isn't responsible for the mail so I have never received my title nor my spare keys. They did send me a letter back in September when I paid my loan off. I think this is a lousy company. I work for the Military and I wouldn't do any business with this company ever if I had the choice. I would recommend that people look else where when doing business. I originally brought my car from Hagerstown Motors who then turned around and sold my loan to this outfit being Mariner Financial. It wasn't like I had a choice in the matter. I am just glad I paid my loan off and my account was in good standing. Not to receive what is rightfully due and owed is terribly wrong.
I have no doubt they never even bothered to put anything in the mail. I would hope that no company would just send keys by regular mail.
Obvious this is a company that does.
Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else like it did me.
