I bought a 87 Suzuki Samuri on ebay for $1375.in the description of the auction the car sounded great.in the auction description of the vehicle it only had 67,000 miles on it and the only thing wrong with it was the rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced. The car was local so i went to go pick it up that night and it was blocked in my two vans, u would think he would have it ready to go. I didn't bother to ask for a test drive because of that. I gave him the cash and he gave me a receipt, a copy of what was on the auction, and the keys. On the whole ride home it was acting up, jerking real bad. I thought is might just be the bearings so i proceeded to drive it home. The next day i took it to the shop to get repaired, the shop said the rear bearings which were needing repair were fine and it had a problem in the transfer case and needed foreign parts ordered. My decision then was trying to contact the seller, he never returned my e-mails. So what i did is i put the car back up for sale on ebay with a description of what was wrong with it, at the end of my auction the buyer did a car fax report and would not buy the car because the report said that the vehicle had 97,000 miles on it at one point. Tomorrow I'm going to try to file a law suit against him and try to get my money back.
