Extorting Customers at Baggage

Airtran is EXTORTING clients in the airport with bogus luggage dimensions to create bogus earnings.

I simply flew Airtran over Holiday from Phoenix to Atlanta. The Airtran workers at Phoenix were skilled and pleasant. They calculated by carrier at 59 ins and there is no "Oversize cost". On my return, the Airtran workers in Atlanta (every one) was impolite, apathetic and totally unaccomodating.

The airtran worker "software" at luggage check calculated my carrier (that was smaller this time around without any gifts to come back) and explained it had been around and that I needed to spend $40. I realized she was laying and informed her I wasnot likely to spend since my carrier wasnot within the necessary dimension 61". She explained I Would need to delay to keep in touch with her supervisor. I waited for five minutes and maynot wait any more when I had been overdue. I settled the $40.

On picking up my bag, I reported to Airtran in Phoenix and had them calculate my bag... Once more at 59 inches. They stated there is nothing I really could do except contact customer support when I returned home.

I approached Lori Slope with customer support at Airtran in Atlanta who had been really unhelpful. She corresponded via "slice and backup" reactions and hadnot actually examine my complete criticism. She's since ceased answering my questions and will not I would like to keep in touch with her boss. Very rude. I have since spoken to others which have had this same thing happen.
