To pick up my car for the second time. My front ln, it was working perfectly fine the day before

I took my Jaguar in for repair. Not only did they not fix the problem that I initially brought my car in for, but they charged me for it. Also, when I came to pick up my car. My front defroster was not working when it was when I brought it in. Then when I came back to pick up my car for the second time. My front light was blown out. Where once again, it was working perfectly fine when I brought it in. So not only did i just pay 150.00 for absolutly nothing. I got two more problems coming out of the deal. They said that a bulb can go out at any given moment. It's just "normal" for that to happen. Please... Give me a break... They just wanted to get as much money as they could... Not too mention it took two weeks out of my life. Please, Do not take your car in for service or buy from this lot.
