Return Of Copies

I bought copies and wasn't advise of the sum total. While buying the sum total was $702.52 for 1222 copies that the quality wasn't excellent with page numbers lacking. I returned 24 hours later to come back the copies since I'm like I had been overcharged and also the quality isn't excellent. Gino the asst. Mgr. Mentioned to come back inside an hour since he does not have that much profit the register. One hour later he named me and mentioned the str. Mgr. Steven will not return them. I request to replicate in my experience the return policy and he offered mean attitude and stated, "We're not declining to come back but Steven said they can not return it since it was something." I told him if you should be not declining then why may I get my cash back. He explained I'd need to keep in touch with Steven each morning. I've to-go through each one of these figures to get hold of corporate as well as their area supervisor since I don't feel just like I ought to maintain the merchandise I'm unsatisfied with. If anybody understands figures please supply them in my experience. This shop is terrible and certainly will not follow by their particular guidelines.
