We obtained pre authorization for repairs within the quantity of $343.20 on the 1999 Olds Aurora on Sept. 24. Up to now (01/05) after numerous telephone calls we still don't have any cost & have now been informed the check hasn't been created yet. No additional description is provided. We're merely informed "we-don't understand". Somebody must examine this.
