Unauthorized charge

In July I checked my credit report through freecreditreport.com. Later on I noticed 14.95 charge on my credit card statement. When I finally got to talk to a customer service rep, I was told that when you check your credit report you are automatically signed up for a monthly membership. They did not refund the charge! This company is a THIEF! When I asked the customer rep how com thousands of other people are having problems with them he arrogantly said that they have millions of customers and thousands complaints is not such big of a number! Be aware! This company is a thief!!
