U.S. Fidelis Auto Insurance Program
Did not refund full amount as agreed AND recorded on phone

I also was scammed into buying a policy from U.S. Fidelis. The price started at $175.00 a month. When I informed them that my husband wouldn't allow that because we didn't have that kind of money, they continued to drop the price until it reached $100.00. We I agreed but said I had to discuss it with him when he got home from work, they informed me that I was not allowed to call back. If I didn't get it then, I wouldn't be allowed to get it. If I wasn't happy or my husband didn't agree, just return the two bottles of liquids that they would be sending me. One for the transmission and one for the gasoline tank.

After my husband came home, he said "NO". So I refused the package like I was told to do and sent a letter explaining the above. They finally credited my account only $75 after stating the full amount would be deposited back in my account. I have contacted my bank and issued a fraud statement and filled out paperwork. My bank is replacing the money. Thank God for U.S. Bank. I also have been advised that no more charges from U.S. Fidelis will be coming out of my account.

U.S. Fidelis lied to me from day one and pressure you into believing that if you don't get it right when you call, then you can't ever get it. Then when I said it was too much, they barter until they get you down to a price you will agree to pay. What a rip-off. Don't mess with them, but if you do, barter good and be forewarned they will go down on the original price just to get you to buy their policy.
