Faulty diag & charge for 2 batts & they have car parked with batt out! Las vegas nevada

Got car towed from state building on chalrlesto & jones.

Needed new ignition ecs or something like that.

Car was taken to franks due to hearing of good service,

Towed by valley wide towing due to reccomendation of franks mercedes!

Purchaed new battery for trunk 2 days prior, told them so but iwas still told i need 2 batterys that only merced benz batterys work in there.

I go to lot to sign estimate, noticed rear of car is like a lowrider, i mention thi sto secretary was told that owner of Valley wide Towing was coming to look.

Then approx 2 weeks later was called told that car is fixed, but when person i sent to franks to give them money got there she noticed car in a bay with trunk open & rear of car lower than usual.

At this time she didnt pay but, called me couple weeks later & told me the car wa low in the back & the trunk is open, but she also rembered the secretary telling her that thay have it paked with the battery out becausse it drain.

Charge for batterys when car has electrical problem & drains the battery?

Why not charge my batterys & notice electrical problem?

Destroy a suspension & not man up to it?

Rip off rip off

Guess i shoulda went to the other crook fletcher jones
