Damaged my car left lights on killed brand new battery ripoff

We had our vehicle towed by Jamies Towing of Fort Myers, FL. After having the car towed we paid the driver. As soon as we paid the driver he dropped the car and drove off. We left with the tow truck driver. But when we returned the next day to get the car we noticed that the back windows was cracked. This happened when the driver opened the trunk. The trunk was already misaligned which anyone that opened it could plainly see.

They swear that the driver wouldnt have opened the trunk. But no one else touched the car until the next day. He also left the lights on in the car, killing a brand new battery. When calling them back they were rude from the beginning. He also claimed I was just trying to get something for free like everyone else. I dont know what kind of people he works with but I work for everything I own. And when someone especially business damages your property you would think they would replace or fix it.

I am just wanting the money back for the back window and battery. I have receipts for everything. If anyone can please help me contact me by using the rebuttal box below.
