Buyer beware!

We had a horrible experience with this company. The salesman have no honesty or integrity and are only concerned with selling the car at ALL cost. There is no pricing on the vehicles. I had asked if it had been in an accident and he said no. I asked for a car fax report and he said he would get it for me later. After papers were signed, etc. I remembered he had not given me the car fax report and he said to come by in the morning and I could get it. When I did, guess what, the car HAD been in an accident.

While looking inside the car (prior to purchasing), he said they would detail the car, there were some minor things wrong with it-the cup holder didn't close, some paint rubbed off on the dashboard, lights not lighting up on the radio, etc. He assured and PROMISED multiple times that they would all be fixed and it would look like brand new inside. The leather rip would be fixed on the seat, etc. Etc. I took it in and the service people acted confused, so I found the salesman. He started saying that was not part of our closing deal! WHat?!? We had asked MULTIPLE TIMES. He stated it was not on the "WE OWE" slip so it was not part of the closing deal. HUMPH! ALso, about that "WE OWE" slip, he had us sign it and not given us a copy. I asked the next day when I went back and they gave it to me. The guy afterwards wrote on it "SOLD AS IS" - WHat?!? That was never said—only verbal promises given (which apparently mean NOTHING to them).

They are not fair in their pricing, and overcharge on things, without explaining why they are charging.
It is not a good place to go to buy a car. If you choose to go there, please be aware and be careful!!
