Bad bouncing tires Sanford Florida

I purchawed four brand new Douglas tires for my 2001 Subaru, (225/60/R16), and had trouble from the beginning. They caused my vehicle to bounce so bad on the roads. I first thought it was the roads. I had a pin hole in one of the tires the next day after purchasing them It was replaced with a new one. I purchased the tires because I was moving to Maine. The car continued to bounce, but I thought it was the combination of FL roads and the trailer I was towing. When I finally got to Maine I had the tires checked by Island Automotive, a repretable automotive service in this area, and was told none of the tires were round.

He attempted to balance and roatate them to make it better. This was unsuccessful.

It is not practical for me to drive back to FL to get a refund for these bad tires, nor is it afforadable to ship them back to FL, which is what I've been told I need to do. The man I bought the tires from is willing to make it right but says he need the tires back. I would like for Douglas Tires to take them back at a dealer here in Maine, or simply refund me the money and I will leave the tires at a dealers where they can pick them up.
