Terrible Service

I really don't know how Kmart stays in business! I was given a gift certificate which is why I went in there. My experience with Kmart in the past has never been good and this time was no exception! It was so hot that the cashiers looked like they would pass out. One cashier told me that the air conditioning has been broken for months and this store is in the desert. I asked to speak with a manager and was given a snotty attitude from a cashier named Valerie. After about half an hour a manager named Larry came over and I told him that the heat in there was making me feel sick and I can't shop in that atmosphere. He just gave me a dead look, like "who cares?" and started talking to the girl at the "service"desk... Some service! I heard many other people complaining as well. This place is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and don't shop there.
