Fuel surcharge rip-off

Couple of days later, obtained advertising e-mail from Delta declaring they no further billed a gas surcharge; named Delta and was informed that since no part of the solution was utilized however, the gas surcharge could be returned to credit card, which an agenda was in position to get this done within 14 days period

-14 days later, no reimbursement seemed through credit card, so-called and was informed that no such reimbursement strategy was actually in position with no reimbursement could be created

-following day, published notice to Delta detailing severe contradiction in data and requesting reimbursement

-14 days later, obtained phone from Delta really early in day detailing the $39 gas surcharge might have been returned prior to the solution was utilized (also late, at that time), after which the solution might've been reissued... To get a $100 reissue charge! (net loss in my experience, the client = $61)

Delta truly place the lie-in INCREDIBLE!!
