Richard Cosentino RIP OFF!

I purchased a custom chopper from Richard Cosentino thru ebay. I paid $19500.00 for the bike in full the next morning thru a bank transfer (june 19). He stated he could not start until it was paid in full. He told me i would have the bike july 3. After not recieving it on july 3, I heard every excuse under the sun as to why it was not ready to ship. After 10 weeks and contacting a lawyer he finally sent the bike which we had to drive 5 hours to meet the truck (sept. 6).

When got the bike off the truck there was damage to the rims. The starter went after only 10 miles. I contacted Richard that day and he stated he would send a new starter. I still haven't recieved it. I have contacted him several times. And he never did anything about the damaged to the rims. Now he won't even answer my emails.

I have contacted my lawyer again. The bike looks great, but it wasn't able to pass inspection when i recieved it. And I couldn't ride it because of the starter that i have been waiting for, for 3 months. He told me that if anyone repaired it without his consent that it would void the warranty, but I never got any warranty papers or books on any of the parts. So, now I have a brand new bike that won't even start.
