I obtained the 49cc dirtbike and place the handlebars and throttle on. No-good directions on the best way to begin.included 25:1 gasoline/fat and attempted to begin it. After several hundred draws I approached pcc engines. They explained to call-back 24 hours later once the specialist was there. I named 24 hours later and he explained possibly the air fliter was filthy from resting within the factory or it had been the spark plug. He explained he'd deliver me a brand new spark plug. I've waited (3) months and nothing has come. I've delivered (2) e-mails and also have named and remaining communications (2) situations. I've repacked the bicycle and require a return shipper from their website. At this time I actually donot understand what to complete, and so I am processing this criticism.
