Price Guarantee isn't working…. Possible fraud.

I arranged a trip on September 9th DTW - AUS for $379 (overall price). I simply arranged THE SAME trip to get a co worker on December 2nd at $335 (overall price) on my same Orbitz consideration. After I choose my “Price Assurance” link in my own consideration, both itineraries are outlined, and equally state, “Tracking - You actually have the cheapest cost! ” …though one is outlined at $379, and also the additional at $335. I used an hour or so about the telephone having a customer support repetition, however they weren't ready to assist me at-all, despite the fact that they established that all facts were appropriate. They'd no idea why it had been no longer working. I actually obtained a follow-up e-mail detailing my present Cost guarantee incentive at zero pounds.

I wonder how a number of other individuals are being scammed since many aren't arranging the same trip twice…they need to have religion that Orbitz has been ethical and supporting their end-of their promise. I've obtained screenshots of facts and intend to distribute these details and do something if essential to quit their fake advertising and promise.
