Inability to maintain owned property

Wachovia owns home alongside my church. The lawn and weeds are in the absolute minimum 5 to 6 ft. High. This home is just four or five ft. From the church building. This alone property is pulling subjects along with other vermin for this home. We've kids and seniors joining our providers also it could be sinful if somebody were to become hurt by animals there.

I don't understand how much you're requesting this home; nevertheless, if it were within reason possibly we're able to purchase the property from your own business. The home is run-down and our chapel might rip it along after which it woould be preserved efficiently.

Please help with this issue.
