Zac the thief and email insulte

While searching online for a transport company to pickup and deliver a new Z06 Corvette from Missouri to New York I stumbled upon a website that offered multipal quotes from carriers nationwide.

The next day I was bombarded by companies looking to serve me with the service of transporting this car.

It was one company inparticular that I choose as they seemed to be far and honest, isn't that the way it awlays sounds on the phone.

The company being Transport Services Inc. Located in Boca Raton Florida.

The car was to be picked and delivered as discussed and that would have been okay but no exact date was set for pickup and I and the dealer was still nogotiating the final details of the purchase.

With that being said Zac, a sales rep for Transport Services Inc. Convinced me to give him three hundred dollars on a credit card as down payment to reserve a carrier that was a company transporter and not a independent contractor, but that wasn't the case when the truth was revealed.

I asked him to send me a copy of the companies liabilty insurance which had their companies name it but a different companies name on the insurance as well.

I asked him if his company was the carrier from the first initial contact and he said they were, ans as it turned out they were not..

All of this may have not been so bad as to what took place thereafter.

He told me a contract to reserve the carrier would be faxed over in which it was. He also told me to sign the contract and fax it back to him, at what point I told him a pickup date with the dealership has not been set because the car purchase was not funded yet and I still haven't ironed out the final details. He told me that didn;t matter because they could pick it up at anytime.

The folowing day he called to ask me if the car could be picked up tomorrow, being Saturday the 22nd of November I told him absolutely not I told you the deal is not done and the earliest it could be picked up would be Monday at earliest and that wasn't even a firm date.

He said no problem and asked me to call him when the pickup was ready.

Low and behold the deal fell through and there would be no pickup or delivery at at all...

I wne to back the man called Zac, which I belive was a telephone scam name and told him sorry but unfortunately the deal fell through and to please refund my card back the three hundred dollars, he said sure no problem hold on I'll put you through to someone that can help you with that.

All of a sudden some young and I me mean young women gets on the phone with skills of an eight year old still in elementary school and starts giving me some BS story on how I signed a contract to have a car pickup and delivered to NY and that there was no refund allowed because I signed this BS contract.

It seems as though the pushed the contract on me and without realizing the stuck a pickup date in it that commited me to having the car pckkup by a certain date and if I didn't I had seven days to have th ecar pickup or it was somesort of a default on my part but never thought the refund would not be refunded...

First of all what ligitimate company that does not complete a service would not make a refund, one that has scammer telemarketers working on commision of three hundred dollar deposits.

Secondly what ligimate company would send emails back and fort arguing how I signed a BS contract and I wasn't entitled to a refund, one that has BS telemarketers that work on commisions that do not make refunds.

What ligitimate company would go through a chain of losers getting on the phone over a three hundred dollar deposit and not sound like they had more then a third garde education, a company that has commision based telemarketers that make something off of arranging third party carriers.

I could go on and on about the professionalizm of Transport Services Inc out of Boca Raton Florida, but I would much rather say they are a true scam and lie better than most. They are NOT a car carrier, they are not ligitimate and they are a buch of scammers that make money on being a dispatch company that make you sign a BS contract and collect their three hundred commision which I believe they pay a portion of that to the telemarketer that takes the call or calls you and makes broken promises, DO NOT DEAL WITH TRANSPORT SERVICES INC. From Boca Raton Florida, they may not deliver you car.
