Plaza PVK is just a complicated toll plaza for outofstate motorists. You've to accomplish the street, as if you are leaving, to pay for the cost. Or, should you remain directly within the street you're going thru the ezpass counters. Other tolls stands perhaps you have pull-over and spend, or drive-thru. You realize when you're in the toll booth.
