Awful company

I ordered one item from this seemingly reputable website (verisign secured). I ordered on 8/13/08. To date nothing has arrived and no activity is shown. I can get into my account online and have an order number. It simply says 'payment received, not yet shipped'

I have emailed them multiple times to the email on their site and the email given when I call the phone number. No answer. When I call the phone number I get a short message stating the company name (cover) and they can not come to the phone. It says to email or leave a message. I have done both.

THEY ARE NEVER ABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! I have tried calling multiple times during the day, and on different days. They do not say when to call. They will not respond to my emails. I am about to send a dispute through paypal. The site says 'Item ships today' It is a total and utter Lie. I only wanted one item that is hard to get elsewhere and the discounted price lured me in. Beware of these guys.
