Item never SENT fraudulent rip-off business

Placed an order for component speakers for an anniversary gift for my fiance from BUYLOUD back in November, paid with a credit card. Called them in early December about the order and was told it was backordered and would be recieved by Christmas! Now in Feb., web-site shut down, no phone number to reach them, and A TON of other people with similar complaints.
