Chris sweis takes $25,000. From an escrow account to purchase an auto but doesn't deliver, he is a thief

In jan we arranged to buy a toyota seinna from Wholebuyinggroup.net. This company is owned by Chris J Sweis. I sent a cheque to an escrow account at the National City Bank in Elk Grove Village Il. Mr Sweis cashed the cheque and never bought the vehicle. My bank made an error and sent a duplicate cheque to him. He also cashed this. My cheque was for $25,000. And so was the banks. Mr Sweis never has tried to pay back the money or purchased a vehicle for us. He has admitted this to the police and to the Attorney Generals office (Illinois). The AG has just sued him & he will have to appear in court. His website is still on the internet and I understand he has bilked another couple out of several thousand dollars as well. The police are in the process of sending subpoenas to all involved but in the meantime we are out $25,000. And so is my bank. Mr Sweis, like the crook he is, has a great line of gab, and tries to talk his way out of everything by saying he is going to get me my vehicle. He has been saying this since January and we are out the money.

I don't want to see any other people lose money to this thief!!!
