Company built on rip off strategy

I am from the UK and studied in the US for 2 years and I was sold a Wynn's auto warranty by the car dealership.
My point is that for all the wonderful things about the US how Wynn's or the holding company Phoenix manages to operate, that is rip off Joe Citizen, is bewildering.in the UK with all the complaints against Wynn's a NGO or State Organisation would have taken up the case and they would be closed - period.

Wynn's strategy is
1) delay, they have to send an accessor out they claim within 48 hours, that is not from the time of your phone call but from the time they file you application so add another 36 hours on
2) Bump up the claim/work price and offer a reduced amount (this has happened to me twice) they won't just replace the part, they state that secondary parts have to be replace etc. So when a ball bearing in my drive shaft went, they did not just want to replace the drive shaft but also the Gear, so a Claim went from the mechanic quoted $1700 to $2 300, with Wynns only covering $600, (watch for the pattern) - earlier, when I tried to get my Air conditioner fixed, the original quote was $450, but Wynns stated that the works needed the whole system, so the cost went to $900 with Wynns paying $300. It almost as if they have a strategy to Bump up the original quote and pay a sum that makes it cheaper to not make the claim
3) I am still waiting foe reimbursement of my $600 - I bet you they have lost the forms

I think the used car dealer ships should do some naval gazing before they sell a Wynn's warranty. The cost for the commission that the dealership makes is not worth if for them - I will never ever buy a car from that dealership again, and I tell my all that will listen as it is the dealership that should be you advisor, not out to make a quick buck as well
