I have had a Jeep Wrangler loan through Chrysler Financial since never been over 30 days late, and recently I have had some cash flow issues (I am in real estate, that should say it all). I called them in late Sept. & old them I needed an extension, They refused. As a result $298 is 52 days past due, I owe $1000 on the loan and the maturity date was 10/21/08, Last night they repoed the car, the police were not made aware of it (as of now they have The car reported stolen) the tow truck was unmarked, with no plates at all. When I asked for documentation the driver said "If you weren't such a f*ing pri* I would give it to you and drove off with my car... Chrysler NEVER sent me one notice, I was in the Hospital for almost two weeks, I had all my mail brought there and had my cell, NOT ONE MESSAGE was left, and no notices. I have no car, I am a real estate appraiser without transportation. Now I will have to pay the $1000 I owe fees because of their negligence.
