I filed a complaint against Your Company due to your un authorized charges billed to me while I was on back to back deployments. I spoke to the supervisor in customer service she explained that this department would most likely return the full amount, due to the circumstances. I’m asking you again please return the full amount. Your records show I didn’t use your service I didn’t know I was being billed till I got out of the hospital from being injured in Iraq.
