We ordred a trans for a 2001 dodge pu in late september or early october and it took over 1 month to receive it when we were told it would take 5-7 bussiness days. We finally receive it on 11-13-07 and get it installed the next day. It had a little wine to it from day one but we thought nothing of it at the time, it shifted fine and we figured it would be ok. Yesterday (11-12-08) we were on our way out of town and it would not shift into overdrive so we decided to turn around and get our other vehicle, we were only about 5 miles from home.By the time we got 1 mile from home, it was stuck in 1st gear. We only have 11,000 miles on this trans. I got on the phone and tried to contact phoenix trans and all i got was a busy signal. I tried today and got the same thing. I started doing some research online and found that there has been numerous reports on this company. I called another trans company in phoenix arizona and found out that they went out of bussiness and the owner had been in jail for ripping people off before and this company was suppose to be under his sons name. Now i am stuck with a vehicle i am still paying on and can't drive, and of course can not get my warranty honored. We bought this trans for $800 $300 for shipping both ways and we never got our core charge returned. I think this guy needs to pay!!!
