PHOENIX REMAN TRANSMISSION - pnoenixhardparts.com... Sells junk trans and doesn't send out refunds!

I bought/ordered a 4L80E transmission from Phoenix Reman Transmissions on Oct. 22 and delt with Alex H. And told me that they build high quality transmissions with no problems etc. Also stated 7-10 days i'd have my transmision DEAD WRONG after 3 weeks made a phone call to Alex to see where my trans was at and they had not even built it or had one in stock. Finally after 27 phone calls to Alex i recieved my trans on Nov 26.. Transmision lasted a total of 85 miles before it wouldn't shift right and burned up reverse on Dec. 11... Cost me a tow bill that i haven't been reimbursed for YET. Then it took 20 more phone calls to get Gaberial to fax me a return label with UPS to ship back! On Dec 22 finally shipped back to them. Now finally got a trans BACK from them on Jan. 8 with NO TQ converter!!! Had to wait another week for them to ship one to me. Trans came back with broken wiring main harness and still broken vent tube... 18 more phone call and no response. When i pulled the trans pan to install "NEW" wiring harness the it had old broke parts in the trans and metal shavings in the bottom,!!! Had to call Chandler Company (phoenix reman trans) to EVEN get someone at the main plant to return a call about the trans! They told me i had to fix the wiring harness myself and they would pay me for it...
Then to come and find out Frank Kuperman himself told the Chandler, AZ company NOT to deal with me any longer and he would personal take care of this problem...

Well here we are Jan 20 and this SCUM BAG Frank Kuperman still has not RETURNED one phone call to me after 47 left messages asking what/how to fix this problem... Still NO money back for me on pulling the trans 2 times now, as i paid $275 warranty for any problems and it states full pay by shop book hrs... He owns me for 9.7 hrs of labor @ $35 hr... Still have'nt seen it..

And here we are 3 months later and Frank Kuperman STILL hasn't been a man and called me to address these problems!!! BUYER BEWARE as this man FRANK KUPERMAN is a theft and scam artist, how he's stayed in business this long is amazing...!!! Phoenix Reman Transmissions are a FRAUD!!
