Horrible Experience With Used Car Manager, Rich Spah I was planning to buy a car tonight but I was so turned off by Rich Spah -the used car manager - that I did not buy a car

I was planning to buy a car tonight but I was so turned off by Rich Spah -the used car manager - that I did not buy a car. He was going to sell me a damaged car (the hood did not close properly, the front bumper was loose, and there was a noticeable crack on the underside of the bumper). He was extremely rude and he walked away from me when I questioned the cost to repair the car. He says that it will only cost a few hundred dollars to repair the bumper; from past experiences, such a repair costed approximately $2100! I am an Asian female and I don't know if that had anything to do with his attitude towards me. He was so rude that I was shocked! Something was wrong with that Toyota Rav4 and he was not going to tell me what or admit to it (although the evidence was clear!)
