I have had to call AAA Of The Carolinas several times for towing etc. Last week my wife was locked out of her car. Everyone I talked with at AAA was a moron with a 3rd grade education. First of all they send out a wrecker service to unlock the car, he had no teeth and no idea how to unlock the car. To make a long story short, it took my wife 5 hours to get into the car, and she finally had to call someone herself.

The representatives are rude and dumb, and have no idea what they are doing.
