200.00 for an oil change in a little ca

I got an estimate from jiffy lube for an oil change and wiper blades 60.00 about. I went in and got my it done and the total costs were 93.86 and the mng was unavaible to talk. I went home and when i got my bank statement i had been charged twice for 93.86 so a total of about 200.00 for an oil change. I took in the statement and my invoice and htey said that their records dint show the same and blew me off. I tried again and they said they would keep a copy of my bank statement and try and contact their corp office. I have tried to get them to at least take off the secound charge and have had no luck I would at least like the dbl charge to come off. I have a copy of invoice and bank statement if needed.
