DISHONEST, These guys give used car dealers a really bad, bad reputation!

I purchased a 2007 Mercedes SL550 still under factory warranty from Dave, Marty and Steve at Fine Cars USA. The pictures were great and the car fax clean and they assured me the car was in excellent shape. Steve said they do a through inspection of all the cars they sell and actually went out and looked at it while on the phone, he said id was perfect.

When the car arrived (set up by them as part of the deal), it had lots of nicks in the hood and was missing everything in the trunk (spare tire, tool kit, air compressor, tow hook and electrical panel), wind screen and manual as well.

The head lights didn't work and the car clunked upon accelaration.

I took it to the dealer and was told that the car had been in an accidet and headlights were broken and rapted up with tape and the bumper had been replaced, they refused to fix the car under warranty. Marty and Dave the owners denied this and accused the dealer of lying but when I sent the bill for $3000.00, just to fix the lights, they jacked me around for over a month.
The total bill to make the car as represented is over $5000. They sent me a check for $642.00 and said, if we would have fixed all those items on the vehicle it would have sold for more. These guys misrepresented the car as being in excellent condition, complete and not involved in an accident.

The car was in the shop for 2 weeks and I did alot of running around trying to get pictures and take the car from the dealer to a independent mechanic, as requested by Marty.

After the car was misrepresented and then doing what they asked to fix it and only getting $642. From a $5000.00 bill, I decided to warn others in the hopes they would see this and reconsider doing bussiness with these RIPOFFS.
