Rip-off after two years of paying on my car I still owed the same amount! Then it got stolen & I paid for a car I don't even own

Two years after I purchased my last car a Kia Sportage I still owed the same amount not once in the two years of owning the car did the principal of the car ever go down, not to mention that the car was sold to me for double what the car was worth.

Then to top it all off last spring my Kia was stolen and arcadia would not settle for the amount that the car was worth on the market as payment enough. At this time I had paid 290.00 a month for 2 years giving a total of 7200.00 my insurance company paid another 6500.00 to cover the damamges bringing this to a total of 13,700.00.orginaly the loan was for 12,000.00 with an extended warrenty that I took off after I realized that it was a ripp off. Bringing the balance to about 10,500.00.

And then Arcadia had the nerve to charge me another 4000.00 for the car that was stolen saying that I didn't get a chance to pay all of the interest that was built up. So the grand total that I purchased the Kia sportage that I will never own and never did own was 14,900.00 remember that there was intrest that was tacked on the 4,000.00 of interest that I already owed them.

I do belive that I was ripped off, I have thought about going to an attoreny so if you are one and you read this and think that we have a case please contact me...
