I called-up the "Purchase Today" telephone number (888-777-2454) from www.directv.com to-order a brand new membership. After speaking for 30 mins. The woman scheduled me for "Plus HD-DVR" Bundle and we decided on an install day. I got each day removed from function anticipating the specialist. I had been exceedingly unhappy once the specialist turned up having a normal low-HD-DVR gear stating that which was what I'd required. After I called-up the telephone number he offered me (800 531 5000), Directv informed me that I'd reserved a low-HD bundle of course if I do want to change it out I'll need to take another offer than which was agreed to me originally (I had been provided the web offer originallywhich the man in the 800 531 5000 wasn't prepared to provide me). It was an incredibly rude and rude man who stated to be always a customer support supervisor who blatently ignored my phrases and named me a liar. He explained the amount i named (888-777-2454) could be some web store that provided me that offer (actually, it had been not true. I was simply referring to the "Plus HD-DVR" bundle which was still on www.directv.com).

It was my worst experiance actually having a store. I've had Comcast, MEAL, AT&T but never confronted such embarrassment. I'm never likely to opt for Directv and that I may convince as numerous of my buddies when I may to change to Dish Network, Comcase or AT&T UVERSE that are acutely better when compared with these people who dont understand how to price people.
