False Advertsing and sold a poor condition 4 wheele

I bought a arctic cat atv with only 383 kilometers onto it promoted as perfect condition. When it had been shipped I came across: 1. The back tire had a lot of openings the tire wouldn't maintain atmosphere and 4 blocked holes. 2. A stud securing the wheel was broke off. 3. The wiring is all messed up, the tails do not perform the rush readout blinks off and on, the odometer appears to be interfered with. 4. Bumpers shelves and plastic appear ten years old. 5. The engine is dripping gas and and contains been aside negating all manufacturer warranty. 6. Bolts are broke off within the engine and free or missing. 7. The battery may be the incorrect dimension and also the brackets are shattered.

I tried to deliver it back but Nathan stated I had been to fussy of course if I needed a reimbursement I had been to cover all of the crating and delivery.

Nathan is rude to express minimal and that I would not buy something again. I simply need my complete return back. I had been not the main one who attempted to market something which isn't actually experience-capable for almost 5,000.00 in Perfect condition!!!
