Sold car with frame damage not reported to me

I purchased a 2006 Dodge Stratus SXT from Van Horn Dodge in Plymouth, WI on October 04th of 2007. The initial buyers information mentioned the vehicle didn't have body injury. I've had difficulties with the air devices 3times after which really a poor coolant flow as the vehicle was still under warrenty. I visited trade-in my vehicle in a diverse dealer in March and was informed my vehicle wasn't entitled to the buy-back warranty also it have been introduced at market with body harm and offered to Van Horn Dodge. I approached Van Horn dodge as well as their revenue supervisor explained it had been difficult and never their issue. The next day I obtained a telephone call from Wang, the overall director of Van Horn Dodge, and he required I are available in and speak with him. I described I'd HAVEN'T purchased this vehicle had it been mentioned there is body injury. He provided me $9000.00 for my vehicle that we still owe $14,000.00. I told him I had been unhappy that. He mentioned the marketplace was not good-and he could not provide other things. I approached him again detailing that I'd haven't purchased this vehicle had it'd body injury. I expected him to pay me what I settled in to the vehicle the prior year and also to consider the vehicle back. I've paid $ 4368.77 in funds and $800 for space insurance plus a $700 deposit. Totaling $5858.77. Our vehicle has $800 (large end estimate from many body stores in the region) in harm to the leading end. Brought on by somebody copying into my left vehicle. I'd be prepared to have a $800 reduction as long as they consider the car back and provide me what I taken care of the vehicle, $5058.00. Personally I think I had been totally decieved.

Customer's Preferred Quality:
