$1000 dollar moped bought by 14 year old runs like it was built for $5, and dealer has his money so isn't willing to help with problems

Masching Auto sold us a Moped that broke down and caused injury to my son within the first week, and key to the locks and starter broke only after having it months and has taken over 6 weeks and still waiting for the part and they don't even care (they have there money so need to care about us) that it is not getting fixed they even tell me to be pateint and hang up on me. This cost my 14 year old son $1000 and counting to have a moped that he has barely road due to bad quality, and even worse service.
