Rip-off They talk me into buying a car with the promise that they were going to fix

When I went to this dealer about 1 month ago to buy a used SUV they introduce me to 1995 montero LS for $10,000 I tested the car an I notice the it had a burning oil smell coming from the engine, I point this out to the salesman (Randy) He replied that it was because of the excess of liquids that they use to clean the engine that it was normal, that it will go away and if wouldn't go away or it had a leak, all I had to do is bring to their service department that they were going to take care of it so after 1 month (1000 miles) the symptoms were still there I went to their service department, they told me that it was going to cost me $1000 to get it fixed

So I try calling that I guy that close the deal with me they told that he was not longer working there (Dave Slack) I explain the situation and commitment that their sales people (Alan and Brad hack) made to me that all they could do for me was paid half of the cost.

After going back and for 20 times they said that no matter what I will have to paid some money to get my car fixed (Brad) said that he did not make that commitment to me that the guy that make the deal was not longer working there That I did not had a Document sign saying that they were supposed to fixed my car from they oil leak it had (when I bough this vehicle I repeatedly Ask Dave Slack, Randy and Mike that if I was going to need a document stating that they were going to take care of my car problem they said NO that Bob Lamphere will fixed any problem on my car if it occur within 2 months or 2000 miles)

All I want is for other people to know That This Car dealership word does not mean anything and their customer service Sucks.
