Should be liable tire came of while driving broke bolt off Tires always go flat

I bought a set of 4 tires. The first day out, the front tire came off and broke a bolt off and veered my vehicle into oncoming traffic. I called them and they wanted me to drive it back!!! Right, and kill myself? Luckily a truck driver helped me out. I stopped pymnt on the check and had paid 1/2 cc and 1/2 check. This idiot thinks I should pay for them! No warranty and all work he has ever done is bad. I will never go there again. He did not set the bead on the tires and they keep going flat, so I just bought new ones.

Upon calling him, he then cussed me out and used vulgarity and told me to 'shut up *itch" and then yelled " who tightened the lug nuts on the girl who talks alot car. No one did. Of course. They were never torqued... I forwarded a copy of a bill I paid when he removed my cataletic converter, that he denied doing to the attny general. He can't stop lying! I have proof!
